sunshine jen: Survival Preparedness
After the tsunami in Japan, I received several facebook and email messages about survival preparedness. After all, it’s important to be prepared even when you don’t know what to be prepared for. Canned peas seem to be the answer for every calamity.
Now hearing that the world is ending tomorrow (or is it just a rapture, I’m getting conflicting reports), I have been making plans, back up plans, and backup plans for my backup plans. I don’t have canned peas, but I do have cereal bars.
Yes, sunshine jen will continue even when everyone is in heaven. I don’t know how, but I will find a way. Comedic observation always finds a way.
I have a pretty strong suspicion that it all won’t end tomorrow. After all, it didn’t end the last time and all the times before that, so I like the odds.
However, if the higher powers are looking to end the world tomorrow, I’m wondering if we could put in for an extension without penalty. I just need an extra week in order to see X-Men: First Class. James McAvoy is dreamy.
