I was sooo excited to receive an e-mail from my old friend Chris the other day. The Montreal Mirror chose him as a Noisemaker for 2004!
Isn't he cute? I can't believe he's working on a novel. I am so impressed and a bit jealous too. We went to university together and were Entertainment Editors for The Concordian. It was a lousy school rag but we had the best time hanging out in our office and writing scandalous news items under assumed names. We used to go dancing all the time. I was a regular in the gay district. Sigh, those were the days - Bingo A Mado, Sky bar, Unity, KOX, Saloon...
He's so cool. And sexxy too.
