elanamatic: dreaming
Last night's roti left me had a spicy effect on my subconcious sex life. I dreamt I shared my bed with two men. I woke up extra sleepy and confused.
Speaking of dreams, my friend Tali just got offered a dream job. She will be working at Eidos in San Francisco! I am so thrilled for her, but also bummed that she will be moving so far away. Tali and I have known each other since the end of high school. We met at summer camp, we were both Arts & Crafts counsellors. We are not the best artists, but boy are we crafty.
She went away to university in London (Ontario) and then I ended up moving to Toronto. We kept in touch but I was so excited when she accepted a job here last September. Since then we've had many a glorious Sushi On Bloor or movie night. Shopping, tv watching or just hanging out drinking coffee, Tali is quite simply good times. I even got her to come to a few yoga classes with me.
The good news is, with a sis-in-law in L.A., I should be frequenting the West Coast on a regular basis. I fell in love with San Francisco when we were there last year so it will be fun to have new experiences (and even fresher sushi!) with her there.
Hey Tali, have you watched Bullit yet? If not, we will have to make you dinner one night before you leave and rent it!
And now back to me.. so, what can I eat tonight to prompt dreams of Johnny Depp a la Libertine?
