i started a new position at work this week. in the communications office. i am a layout designer and writer/editor person. i work in adobe indesign, illustrator, photoshop and dreamweaver. i am learning about vector images and .eps files. it's all very confusing and fun. so that's where i am if you need me.
i turn 29 on friday. it's an especially fun birthday because i've gotten birthday greetings from scotland (thanks rich and rach!) and england (julie!). also, it's been years since my b-day was on a friday allowing me an entire b-day weekend of me me me. if i was more mathematically inclined i would tell you how many years it's been since a friday b-day but the leap years are throwing me for a loop. anywho, friday will be spent cooking a delish dinner of chicken tikka masala and some sort of cheesecake. craig will cook me chocolate pancakes on saturday morning (alas, i usually get these ON my birthday but he is out in the field that day and i don't want to eat breakfast at 5:30am). i don't know what i'm doing the rest of the weekend but i'm gonna kick ass for sure.
