it's over already? what happened to my time off? what happened to unwrapping presents? what happened to all-christmas-music-all-the-time? i almost threw a fit in target yesterday - they had VALENTINE'S candy out already. hello!? i haven't even digested christmas yet!
anyway, i usually give a rundown of all the wonderful gifts i got but this year i'll just tell you that baby tee got almost as much as i did. craig considers this year to be her first christmas since she really hauled in the loot. when we left my brother's house on saturday we almost had to leave the dog behind because we were packed to the gills with books, dvds, baby carseat and treats.
i am looking forward to having the monday after new year's off. i think my work is the only one in the country that decided to make monday, january 3 the new year holiday. i am wishing that i always had a bazillion days off.
so now it's back to work - where i am so busy that i posted this entry and will also post a book review. ho-hum. it was so desolate on the road today that i actually checked my watch to make sure i didn't accidentally get up on a sunday and go to work. heh. i've never done that before but i think it's hilarious.
