we moved into a new apartment last weekend. it's called "the summit at avent ferry", who do they pay to come up with these names? it's creakier and crackier than our old apartment. these are the things i needed to have maintenance fix in just three days:
leaky bathroom faucet (cold water knobby)
air vent (fixed once, then broke again, then replaced altogether)
front door knob (loose)
garbage disposal (realized it didn't work AFTER we dumped remains of turkey taco dinner down it)
fridge (fixed twice, broke twice, finally replaced with a fridge that works but is just as old)
if i was your tenant you would kick me out.
