Mild and warm again! I think this respite in cold weather is a bit cruel, cuz you know it is still going to get freeezing cold again. Not that I am complaining. I just didn't realized how hunched over and in-my-head I was until the sun came out and it didn't hurt to breathe.

After work, I went to the gym, got changed, and ran down to the lake. No Oprah or CNN for me. The air was still a bit spikey for my lungs, but there was light, trees, and sun on the water. Big boats, too. I like boats.

I can't run as long or as fast outside, I discovered, but I think it was way better for my winterized brain to see the outside world.

Must remember not to hibernate this year.
