Last night I got to say hi to my new niece. She was kicking up a fuss, so I called through the phone "Hellooooo" as Jackie pressed the phone to her belly.
This is so cool. I have so exhausted her with "is she kicking? How big is your belly? Are your gums bleeding? Still barfing?" that I think I ought to just fly down there and get some answers for myself.
So now there is the question of a name. I cleared this with Jackie already, sort of, but I thought we could all brainstorm some suggestions. Matt has "Brookefield" or something as a name in the family, so they are thinking Brooke.
I think that Brooke-Lynn would be a better name. Get it? Urban and traditional.
