Once the number is "dialed," it "links" to a "receiver" who "answers" not too long after his inter-portal-telephonic device noises a skull-piercing alarm of some kind. After manipulating the interface, "pressing the button," if you will, the receiver- and sender-users are then able to hear the faint sounds of one another giggling.
