Art Colony: wow is my favorite palindrome

I love the word "wow." Whenever I see my parents and I can't say "Holy Fucking SHIT!" in amazement at whatever has occured (good OR bad) I resort to "wow." It annoys them at times, but I prefer to think that keeping the air free from blue language is good.
That said, "wow" is a palindrome, a word that reads the same backwards as forewards.
So is "mom," "dad", "Star Rats", and "Sit on a Potato Pan, Otis."
I think "A man, a plan, a canal--Panama!" is a palindrome too.
I don't know why I have been so tired lately. I woke up in the middle of the night with a pounding tension headache on the left side of my head and took 2 advils (thank GOD they worked) and I went back to sleep... I have a full thermos of the coffee, because otherwise it would not be good.
It seems like the lousiest weather for Earth Day possible. Gray and cold and dreary. It shouldn't be like this in April.
I think the human will is a very powerful thing. I read someplace that there were a bunch of people who were into deep states of meditation. They did a study where 10,000 or 20,000 people all over the world meditated and projected deep thoughts of peace and tranquility and love onto Washington, D.C. Washington D.C. is the murder capital of the United States, but while they were doing these meditation sessions, the murder rate dropped astronomically and so did violent crime in general. That fascinates me. I focus on different things and try to will them to happen. I think thoughts of gratitude to the benevolence that brings good people into my life, and I think thoughts of good-will towards people, and I think about all the potentialities of what I truly want to come into my life like prosperity to the point of having enough for what I truly want to do (like travel sometimes, and take vacations, and pay all the bills) and being surrounded by people I truly care about...
My hair is now a lovely orangey-gold color. Not carrot-top orange, but it definitely has a shade of citrus. Dyed it yesterday and got it cut; it's weird to have shortish hair again. Biff thinks it looks great.
Lucky guy: last night while I had a tension headache, he dreamed he was in his own 90's movie!
