--it may behoove you to know that one of my all time fav oldie songs is "brandy (you're a fine girl)" by looking glass. i love the line "my life, my lover, my lady is the sea". it's my opinion that you just don't hear that line enough from people anymore.
--soon, the happyrobot staff will single-handedly be able stock an entire daycare center with little robot children. boy, we gots some kids around these parts.
--it's like 100 outside today. no. really, 100. go drink some iced coffee. or sweet tea, if you can find somewhere that makes it properly (it has to be sludgy and syrupy with sugar).
--my dear sweet bro, gary is marrying his dear sweet kristin on december 2! yahoo! i'm the amateur wedding coordinator. weddings are fun and kooky.
--met up with nate and adam today. we were supposed to be in the honorable company of poop beetle but some other plans came up for her. i'm so sad i didn't get to finally meet her! foiled again! anyway, nate and i took our little ones to playspace, which is this children's museum in raleigh. very fun with lots of interactive things for the kids to do. plus, they get to slobber all over other kids. when i was in the "castle" with ella this adorable little girl pointed to ella and said "is that your sister?" i almost kissed her for asking. after, we stuffed our faces at armadillo grill. our kids like bean and cheese tacos. adam did shots of sour cream. it was alllllllll good.
