2002:March:13
3.13.2002

I got a $50 check from Adams bub and zaid and I cried. Just a plain envelope with a check in it and my name on the front with a simple birthday message. what is it about the check written in ballpoint pen with that structured penmanship of our grandparents' generation that touches a chord?

The usability course is over. I didn't learn a huge amount of stuff, but it was fun nonetheless. Made me realize how much I miss being a student, listening to a lecture, and doodling in the back of the class.
