TORONTO - A man from Yemen, taken into custody in Toronto on Sept. 11, is being held in isolation so tight not even his lawyer is allowed to see him.
He also wept, and cried out in Arabic that he's not a terrorist.
"He's pretty upset and scared and a little confused, being in a foreign country, that he doesn't know what's happening and he hasn't had the opportunity to have the charges brought forth to him so he's a little unaware of what's going on," said his lawyer.
